Jewelry Craft Workshops

~ Location with tables and chairs to accommodate the participants. 

~ 5 person minimum (local to Deland) based on mileage

~ 14 person maximum

~ A counter or extra table to display glitters and inclusions.

~ Good Lighting

-  Good Ventilation/Fan

~ Electrical Outlets near tables

Work area can not be located near sunlight since resin cures in UV light

Individuals with visual or manual dexterity limitations  are not well suited

Registration

• Filled on a first come, first served basis
• Students must register with the workshop coordinator or via Square Link online.  Coordinators must collect cash if payment can not be made via payment link, 
• Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
• Payment is due in-full at the time of registration
• Our workshops are non refundable.  In the event that a registrant needs to cancel, they may choose an original pendant and earring set from the Jeanine Mallory Originals Creations located on the next page.

Enrollment

• All workshops have a minimum of 5 and a maximum number of 14 participants in order to ensure the quality of the workshop experience.
• If a workshop does not fill the minimum requirement of 5 participants, it will be cancelled. Those who were enrolled will be contacted by the workshop coordinator.
• If a workshop fills, additional students interested in attending will be put on a waiting list. Should there be a cancellation, the student will be notified and allowed admission into the workshop once payment is received. The waiting list only applies for the specific workshop of interest; it does not give ‘first come’ rights to enrollment for future sessions of a workshop.
• Students with special needs are invited to bring a helper along if needed for their learning experience.  Children under 12 years of age require a parent.  If the assistant/parent also wish to participate in the class, they need to enroll in the class separately.

Refunds / Cancellations

• Due to our limited seating, our workshops are non refundable.  In the event that a registrant needs to cancel, they should contact us, via website or e-mail within 48 hours of the workshop to receive an original pendant and earring set from the Jeanine Mallory Originals Collection 
• 100% refunds are made if a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment. These  refunds will be returned via the original payment method. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
• 100% refunds are made if a workshop is cancelled due to extreme Inclement weather such as blizzards, hurricanes, flooding.
• 100% refunds are made if the instructor falls ill or has a family emergency.
